During your medical review at the very beginning of the process, the SW recruiter will go over medical qualifications. At this time, you may be asked to provide medical records pertaining to the surgery for our Chief Medical Officer to review. If it disqualifying, you may be eligible for a medical waiver. The best tip is to make sure you have all records to include the very first visit records, surgery records, post-operation records, recovery/physical therapy records and a current evaluation proving you have no limitations.
