E-COMMERCE RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Ones Ready.  We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it us for a full refund or an exchange, less shipping.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the approved return date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at merch@onesready to obtain your return instructions. After receiving your instructions, package the item securely and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the address provided by customer service.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

PLEASE NOTE

●      Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

●      T-shirts or stickers that appear to be cut with scissors as a result from cutting the product packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
