This week we talk to Nikki Selby about her military experience as a SAR corpsman and get caught up on what she’s up to these days.

On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast we have Nikki Selby, but she's better known on the Gram as Fly Girl RN.  Nikki is a Navy veteran of 24 years and has both served time as an enlisted Search and Rescue Corpsman and then transferred to the dark side where she became a Naval officer becoming a Physicians Assistant.  Nikki competes in many events such as the Tactical Games that involve functional fitness, tactical shooting, long range shooting, and carrying heavy shit.  If you haven't seen some of these competitors, it's humbling to watch.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. If you liked it and feel so inclined, please leave us a review.  If we didn’t answer your questions, please let us know, and thank you for your support!
