THIS WEEK THE GUYS SIT DOWN TO DISCUSS WORK ETHIC AND THE ROLE IT PLAYS IN SUCCESS OR FAILURE.
On this week’s episode of the Ones Ready podcast we discuss different work ethics each of us have and what drives each of us everyday. It's all about out working people. Having talent is great, but we all would prefer someone who is less talented with an incredible work ethic versus someone who is talented, but doesn't put in the effort. These aspects translate to taking care of team gear and team priorities before your own personal needs. Time management is critical in being successful for this when you have to go through things like Airman Leadership School, NCO Academy, SNCO Academy, PA school, family, training, or whatever you have going on in life. Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. If you liked it and feel so inclined, please leave us a review. If we didn’t answer your questions, please let us know, and thank you for your support!
